Notary Services
The American Citizen Services Unit provides notary services by appointment, Tuesdays and Fridays only, from 9 to 10 a.m.
The following documents are required for notaries:
Valid government-issued photo ID. A passport is the preferred document.
Your documents to be notarized, completed with appropriate names, places and dates. Please DO NOT sign your document – you will sign at the Unit in front of the consul.
If your document requires witnesses in addition to the notary, you must provide these witnesses. Our staff members are not permitted to serve as witnesses.
