Welcome to the appointment page for the American Citizen Services Unit. In order to provide more effective customer service, we recommend that you make an appointment before visiting our Unit. Our system allows clients to plan their visit in advance, ensures shorter wait times, and allows more efficient handling of individual cases.
Customers with an emergency requiring immediate attention should see our contact information.
Please go to "Make/Cancel Appointments" on the right to select a date and time that is convenient for you. Be sure to print the confirmation screen and bring the page with you to your appointment. There is no charge for making or canceling an appointment. You may cancel your appointment by selecting the links below, or contacting us by phone or e-mail.
Note: After making your appointment, please refer to the service page (see left margin) so that you can prepare for your visit by completing the necessary forms and assembling the required documentation.
