Embassy Lisbon Continues Support of Translation Prize

Sep. 30 - For the second consecutive year, the Embassy’s Public Affairs Office partnered with the Portuguese Catholic University to recognize three Portuguese high school students who won the university’s tenth annual translation prize.

Foreign Service Officer, Daniel Fern presented all three winners with dictionaries, CDRoms, encyclopedias, Music CDs, and a book set on the History of the United States. The Embassy extends our congratulations to all participants and their engaged teachers.
