Viewing of Secretary Clinton's Town Hall by US-Portugal Fulbright Commission

March 6 - Members of the US-Portugal Fulbright Commission board, staff and current grantees gathered in the Commission office in Lisbon to watch Secretary of State Clinton at the European Parliament in Brussels. Despite the delayed start, interest was high and reaction favorable to the Secretary’s first Town Hall event in Europe.

Participants were impressed with the amount of time she spent answering questions from young European leaders, as well as our ability to stream this event live, and look forward to future opportunities to engage directly with U.S. policymakers.
